Furniture Delivery & Service Area FAQ

Do you deliver outside the circle on your map?

Yes! The circle on our map represents the area we will deliver to for our standard delivery price of $89.99 (up to 3 major pieces). We do deliver outside of this area but there are a few restrictions, outside of our standard delivery area we will still deliver orders that are over $1,000 for an upgraded charge of $179.99 (up to 3 major pieces).

What is considered a major piece?

We count anything that takes 2 people to carry as a major piece for delivery. Our standard delivery price only includes 3 major pieces but we do deliver additional pieces for $7 per extra piece.

Will the delivery crew assemble my furniture?

Every piece of furniture we deliver is fully assembled before it is loaded onto our truck with the exception of bed frames. Bed frames bought on our showroom floor are assembled in your home by our crew, but bed frames bought in the clearance center are the customer's responsibility to set up.
